F3 Elite Fitness was born out of a passion for creating stylish and Christian fitness clothing for women for women. Founded by Shoshanna, a dedicated fitness professional and woman of faith, the brand emerged from her realization that there was a need for inspirational workout gear that combined style, faith, and function, designed specifically by women for women. Guided by her faith, Shoshanna was inspired to create a brand that empowers women to be fearless, strengthen their faith, and build physical strength.
Our clothing line, F3 Elite Fitness, stands for Fearless Faithfully Fit, inspired by the powerful message of Proverbs 31:25: "She is clothed in strength and dignity, and can laugh at the days to come." The Proverbs 31 woman embodies hard work, dignity, and strength—qualities we aim to inspire in every woman who wears our bible verse gym apparel.
